What is Dram?
Dram is a whiskey investment platform that allows you to buy shares of investment grade whiskey while also providing secondary market data insights and analytics.
What am I buying?
As an investor in one of our bottles or collections, you are buying equity ownership in a series LLC that owns the assets listed in the offering.
What fees does Dram charge?
To keep our platform running and deal with sourcing, storage, insurance, and filing fees for the collections we release on our platform, Dram incorporates a fee of up to 20% of the asset value in the initial offering price.
Do you have a management or profit-sharing fee?
Dram doesn’t charge management fees or take a percentage of the profits when the assets are exited.
What kind of whiskey does Dram offer?
The whiskey offered on the platform is sourced based on internal research and analysis of market conditions. We strive to identify whiskey with the highest price appreciation potential by analyzing variables, such as scarcity, age, and brand equity. We make sure that all our collections are in the best conditions.
Does Dram own the bottles/collections?
Yes. Collections are either owned before being offered or upon closing of the offering depending on how they were acquired. The physical bottles are either in our possession or stored with vetted third-party partners.
